Management

The setting up of a training activiy needs the support at several levels beyond strictly pedagogical issues.

The Fundació Salut i Envelliment has all the resources, competences and experience that are needed to manage any kind of training programme from the earliest planning stages to closure, both online and face-to-face

  • Academical management: Carrying out of all the legal and administrative procedures for official recognition and accreditation of training activities, both with the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (both accredited and non-accredited degrees) and the l Consell Català de Formació Continuada de les Professions Sanitàries.

    All the students have a guarantee that all the necessary requiriments for the proper development of the training activit are fulfilled. The resource services are coordinated: classrooms, materials, catering, IT systems, etc.. There is a follow-up of the courses giving support to their implementation. The opinion of the involved agents (students, teachers, coordinators, etc.) is surveyed. Furthermore, all along the process there's personalized attention to students and teachers. Finally, all the needed procedures are carried out in order to obtain degrees or certificates.

  • Economic management: Budget proposals are carried out according to the criteria established by the course direction. The collection of fees, as well as donations or contributions from sponsors are managed, as well as the payments for educational services and other invoices. There is a follow-up of expenses from the initial budget and finally there is a fiscal close once the training action e is over.

  • Technological management: Web design services are offered,including online forms for dissemination, as well as support to enrolment and evaluation of training activities.
    In online and blended learning modalities, there are several virtual learning environments, that can be adapted to customers boh in their appearance and features. Technological support is also offered to all the participants: students, tutors, teachers, coordinators, etc.
